WellaCompany in Lodz, Poland is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid work arrangement. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for DACH positions, focusing on quality, time-to-hire and cost efficiency while improving candidate experience.

Responsibilities include posting ads, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and performing background checks, with proactive process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of hands-on recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Proficiency in English & German language (everyday use).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent MS Office usage, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate recruiting for DACH positions, optimizing quality, time-to-hire and cost.
• Post job advertisements on internal and external platforms and monitor traction.
• Source and screen candidates for open roles.
• Shortlist candidates and schedule interviews.
• Communicate with candidates at every recruitment step.
• Manage system inputs and requirements at each stage of the recruitment cycle.
• Perform background and reference checks as required.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for candidate experience.
