Job summary

Zurich Insurance Group in Kraków, Poland seeks a Planning & Performance Management Analyst to support local and global reporting. You will help close monthly, quarterly, and yearly books, prepare standard reports and ad hoc analyses, and collaborate with the Swiss team.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years relevant experience in finance/controlling/cost accounting
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• English skills – very good written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, analyze and support monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closings
• Participate in monthly GI/GL/EXP management reporting
• Respond to business queries and prepare ad hoc analyses
• Ensure data quality and integrity across client systems
• Identify financial issues and support counter-measures
• Lead project modules related to planning and performance management
• Collaborate daily with teams located in Switzerland
