Job summary

Zurich Insurance Group is seeking a Planning & Performance Management Specialist in Kraków. You will support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings, consolidate forecasts, and manage master data in SAP, enabling accurate cost allocations and reporting while collaborating on global finance projects.

The role requires 2–3 years in finance/controlling, strong Excel, and fluent English. A hybrid work setup in Kraków with growth opportunities and development programs is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of relevant finance/controlling experience.
• Practical FP&A/management accounting & reporting experience.
• Experience with cost controlling and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and support monthly, quarterly and yearly closings using SAP and other tools.
• Collect and consolidate expense actuals and plan data to prepare forecasts.
• Maintain master data in SAP (cost centers, accounts, figures) and planning systems.
• Deliver cost allocation to services, products and customers.
• Prepare and provide regular expense reporting.
• Respond to cost-center managers' queries and business questions.
• Identify financial issues and define counter-measures with tracking.
• Lead project modules related to PPM topics.
