You will lead across a matrix organization, coordinating cross-functional investigations and guiding engineering teams to strengthen technical capabilities.

The role emphasizes cloud-based architectures, regulatory compliance, and proactive quality improvements, with collaboration across Development, Regulatory, Medical, and global affiliates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in a relevant field (CS/SE/IT).
• Extensive software engineering or technical leadership experience in cloud-based environments.
• Experience leading through influence in matrix organizations.
• Strong background in modern software development & distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across Roche's Digital Solutions portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-functional investigations with engineers, product teams and global affiliates.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements in investigations.
• Identify trends from field experience and drive proactive quality improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers and chapter leads to improve engineering practices.
