Roche Diagnostics Polska sp. z o.o. is seeking a Network Technical Lead – Digital Solutions to drive quality, safety and performance of our digital health solutions after they reach customers.

You will lead investigations and enable engineering teams to resolve complex product quality issues. You will collaborate across software engineers, product teams, quality experts and global affiliates in a matrix structure, promoting DevOps practices, cloud technology, and modern software design while

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Extensive experience in software engineering, architecture or technical leadership in cloud-based and distributed software.
• Proven success leading through influence in matrix organizations.
• Strong background in modern software development, cloud technologies, distributed systems, DevOps or digital health solutions.
• Passion for coaching engineers and developing people through mentorship.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across Roche's Digital Solutions ecosystem in PMQ.
• Coordinate cross-functional investigations with software engineers, product teams, quality experts and global affiliates.
• Enable teams to make sound technical decisions while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
• Identify trends from field experience and feedback to proactively improve product quality and safety.
• Partner with Engineers and Sub Chapter leads to improve engineering practices and ways of working.
