Job summary

The ideal candidate has a master’s in a quantitative field, 3+ years in finance, strong Excel, and programming skills in SQL and Python, plus professional English and interest in markets and derivatives.

Qualifications

• Master in finance, engineering, computer science or mathematics (or similar).
• At least 3 years' experience in an international financial organization (front/middle/back office).
• Strong interest in financial markets and valuation of instruments/derivatives.
• Excellent Excel skills and strong interest in programming (SQL and Python).
• Excellent communication skills and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily production and control of quality and distribution of market data.
• Follow-up and analyze controls daily with internal stakeholders and external market data vendors.
• Contribute to continuous development of market data systems and controls by proposing improvements.
• Keep up to date with market trends to ensure effective use of market data within Nordea.
