Job summary

BeOne seeks a Senior Manager, Sensitive Data Discovery and Governance to operationalize and scale enterprise data governance across the Data Sentinel platform, delivering automated discovery, classification, labeling, and retention workflows in partnership with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, IT, and Security.

The role leads cross-functional initiatives, onboards data domains, and reports KPIs on coverage and risk reduction, while coordinating with managed service providers and exploring AI/ML

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in data management or related field.
• Experience delivering sensitive data discovery/classification at scale.
• Knowledge of governance, retention, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience coordinating governance projects and MSPs.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for sensitive data classification and retention workflows.
• Operationalize Data Sentinel platform to deliver discovery and labeling at scale.
• Lead initiatives aligned to DOJ Data Security Rule and future privacy regs.
• Onboard business data domains and train stakeholders.
• Coordinate with MSPs and governance teams; report KPIs.
• Drive adoption of governance processes across domains.
