Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking an experienced IT Risk & Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen our organisation’s risk management and compliance framework.

This role collaborates with senior technology leaders and cross-functional teams to proactively manage risk and support the secure delivery of critical systems. Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT Risk, Audit, Compliance, or IT Governance.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and SOX controls.
• Experience in managing risk within complex IT environments.
• Leadership experience in team or project settings.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across IT systems and projects.
• Map ITIL processes and SOX controls to governance standards.
• Plan, execute, and monitor control activities to maintain compliance.
• Lead risk assessments and drive remediation.
• Support product teams to integrate compliance in development lifecycles.
• Drive continuous improvement of risk and compliance frameworks.
• Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.
• Lead and mentor the Risk & Compliance team.
