Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a skilled professional to support Procure to Pay (PTP) operations within a global organisation. The role focuses on ensuring SOX compliance, robust controls, and providing timely reporting and updates across PTP activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Procure to Pay processes.
• Knowledge of PTP systems including SAP S4, Ariba, SAP ECC, APEX.
• Understanding of SOX controls and financial controls.
• Experience with system implementations or integrations.
• Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world class customer service to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Support PTP processes to ensure operational success (invoice processing, query management, purchase request and PO processing).
• Review open items on the GR/IR account.
• Monitor and reconcile aging PTP activity, including interfacing applications.
• Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into Warner Bros. Discovery processes and systems.
• Support PTP system changes, improvements and new company codes created with testing as required.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in PTP processes & technologies (SAP S4, Ariba, SAP ECC) for non-content spend.
