Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery in Warsaw is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to maintain and develop IT environments supporting TV production, ensuring stability, security, and performance.

You will support production teams with day-to-day technology operations, help prepare new productions, and implement modern solutions to streamline production workflows, with a hybrid working arrangement.

Qualifications

• Higher IT-related education; degree in IT or related field.
• Very good knowledge of Linux/UNIX, macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Ability to script in Linux/UNIX shells.
• Knowledge of computer networks (Cisco CCNA, Arista ACE L3).
• English language at level B1 or higher.
• Commitment to troubleshooting and user-focused support.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage computer systems used for TV production (video editing, audio, color correction, graphics, virtual production systems).
• Administer supporting systems (directory services, MDM, software updates, backups, virtualization, security maintenance).
• Administer computer networks and storage networks.
• Administer studio systems (routing, distribution, synchronization, keying, mixing, encoding and video streaming).
• Support Production in using production technology and workflows.
• Collaborate with Production to prepare new productions and implement new solutions.
