Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Senior Manager – ITV Content Licensing to lead forecasting, reporting and analysis for the Studios FP&A teams across EMEA.

You will partner with senior commercial and finance leaders to align inputs, drive decision‑making and standardize planning processes across markets. You will shape end‑to‑end budgeting, month‑end reporting, variance analysis and strategic scenarios while building strong partnerships and mentoring team members.

Formación

• Extensive experience in forecasting and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques, including demonstrated experience in financial modelling.
• Proven ability to build confidence and trust with team members and business partners.
• Experience with Longview, SAP, Tableau, Power BI and Power Query is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as FP&A lead for ITV Content Licensing, partnering with senior commercial and finance leaders across EMEA markets and Sisco businesses to align financial assumptions, priorities and decision‑making.
• Own and drive the standardization of forecasting and reporting processes across EMEA territories and Sisco businesses, ensuring consistency, scalability and comparability of financial outputs across forecasting, budgeting, long‑range planning and reporting.
• Oversee the design and implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce operational friction and support scalable ways of working.
• Own end‑to‑end forecasting, budgeting and long‑range planning activities for the ITV Content Licensing business across EMEA territories and Sisco businesses, including month‑end reporting, variance analysis and performance management.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support business and Studios FP&A teams, including evaluation of strategic initiatives, ad hoc requests and business decisions.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with Studios and business FP&A teams, ensuring alignment on assumptions, effective information flow and understanding of key forecast drivers.
• Develop and support team members, strengthening technical and business capabilities while fostering accountability, collaboration and high performance.
