Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a senior expert to drive DORA compliance and operational resilience within the financial sector. You will assess regulatory requirements, identify gaps, and guide cross-functional teams to implement effective IT risk and IT compliance controls.

The role emphasizes leading workshops, collaborating with stakeholders at different levels, and strengthening regulatory alignment across IT and business processes. A hybrid work model in Poland is offered.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience stated.
• Strong knowledge of DORA and RTS requirements.
• Hands-on experience in IT risk and IT compliance.
• Experience in business continuity and operational resilience.
• Familiarity with financial institutions or banking sector.

Responsibilities

• Analyse DORA regulatory requirements and translate to actionable gaps.
• Perform regulatory gap assessments and evaluate adherence to requirements.
• Support operational resilience activities.
• Work on Business Continuity, Crisis Management and IT Service Continuity.
• Lead workshops with cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders.
• Align IT and business processes with regulatory requirements.
• Contribute senior-level IT risk and IT compliance expertise.
