Zusammenfassung

EY GDS Poland is inviting an experienced Senior Risk Associate to join the Global Delivery Services Central Financial Crime Team in a hybrid role based in Wrocław/Katowice. You will develop and execute EY’s 1st line of defence compliance processes, reviewing client due diligence and supporting risk management across the EY network.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of work experience in financial crime, AML or sanctions is required or advantageous.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Intermediate MS Office knowledge.
• Awareness of current global events related to financial crime and sanctions.
• External qualification in financial crime prevention is a plus but not required.

Aufgaben

• Conduct client research using public and subscription services for identification and verification.
• Critically analyse due diligence information for Know Your Client procedures.
• Perform sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening and escalate potential hits.
• Assess risk profiles for clients based on due diligence gathered.
• Support and guide less experienced team members and provide solutions.
• Lead project work and deliver outputs within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with client-serving teams to communicate requests clearly.
