Job summary

Ansell is seeking a Data Analytics Lead, Revenue Management to shape data strategy and analytics across pricing, volumes, and terms. You will guide data engineers and analysts, partner with IT and Finance, and translate insights for commercial and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data management, with at least 3 years leading big data initiatives in finance.
• Deep understanding of financial systems and data types (GL, transactional data, risk metrics).
• Experience with programming languages (Python, SQL, R, Databricks, Scala).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Familiarity with IFRS, GAAP, SOX reporting frameworks.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning, development, and optimization of revenue management data platforms for pricing and terms.
• Partner with IT and Finance to guide data engineers and analysts.
• Translate complex data into insights to support business decisions.
• Oversee integration of analytics with enterprise systems (e.g., D365, PROS).
• Collaborate with FP&A and Commercial teams on data-driven initiatives.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and security across systems.
