Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior Consultant with German to support German and European energy-transmission projects from offices in Wrocław, Katowice and Warsaw. The role focuses on project controls, cost, schedule, and quality management across HVDC and cable infrastructure initiatives.

You will coordinate with clients, TSOs and contractors, using tools like Primavera P6 and Jira, and travel across Germany and Europe as needed. German language at C1 and professional English are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Very good German language skills (C1 preferred) and professional English proficiency.
• 3+ years of professional experience in transmission grid or energy infrastructure construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Support full lifecycle of large-scale transmission grid and energy projects from planning through execution.
• Provide consulting and project management support for transmission network expansion and modernization.
• Conduct project controls activities including cost, schedule and quality management.
