Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior Consultant with German to support leading German and European energy sector clients on transmission grids, cable infrastructure and HVDC developments. The role focuses on project controls across cost, schedule and quality management, with international collaboration and travel.

Location options include Wrocław, Katowice or Warsaw with a 2 days in office / 3 days remote pattern.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Energy, Civil engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in transmission grid or energy infrastructure projects.
• Experience in project controls: cost, schedule, and quality management.
• Strong German (C1) and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Support lifecycle of large-scale transmission grid and energy projects from planning to commissioning.
• Provide consulting and project management support for grid expansion and modernization.
• Conduct project controls: cost tracking, schedule planning, quality management.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with clients, contractors, TSOs, regulators and project teams.
