Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced QA Team Lead to drive quality across our exchange connectivity and algorithmic trading platforms. This role blends hands-on testing with leadership in a fast-paced, collaboration-rich environment.

Expect a 50/50 mix of manual and automated testing (Python and Robot Framework), a hybrid setup with three days remote weekly, and close collaboration with developers, business analysts, and other QA engineers to ensure reliable platform delivery.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in software testing or QA roles.
• 6–8 years in exchange connectivity or algorithmic trading environments.
• Proven ability to split testing efforts 50/50 between manual and automated.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for trading platforms.
• Develop and enhance automated tests using Python and Robot Framework.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Analyze issues in connectivity, trading algorithms, and platform performance.
• Document results, defects, and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.
