Job summary

Enfint ищет старшего QA-инженера для тестирования обменной связности и торговых алгоритмов. Вы будете проектировать и выполнять тесты, как вручную, так и автоматизированно, чтобы обеспечить качество выпуска платформ.

Работа будет в тесном взаимодействии с разработчиками, бизнес-аналитиками и коллегами по QA, использовать Python и Robot Framework, анализировать проблемы и поддерживать улучшение процессов тестирования.

Qualifications

• 8–10 лет общего опыта в тестировании ПО/QA.
• 6–8 лет опыта в связности обменов и алгоритмической торговли.
• 50/50 соотношение ручного и автоматизированного тестирования.
• Практические навыки Python и Robot Framework.
• Знакомство с AI инструментами в тестировании и анализе.
• Отличные аналитические способности и коммуникационные навыки.
• Свободный английский (уровень B2+).
• Приветствуется: опыт в инвестиционных банках/финансовых сервисах и Agile.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать, выполнять и поддерживать тест‑кейсы для связности бирж и алгоритмических торгов.
• Разрабатывать автоматизированные тесты на Python и Robot Framework.
• Сотрудничать с разработчиками, бизнес-аналитиками и QA‑инженерами для обеспечения качества.
• Анализировать проблемы в связности, торговых алгоритмах и производительности платформ.
• Использовать AI‑инструменты для поддержки тестирования, анализа и отчетности.
• Документировать результаты и дефекты, давать обратную связь заинтересованным сторонам.
• Участвовать в постоянном улучшении процессов тестирования и инструментов.

Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for exchange connectivity and algorithmic trading platforms; Develop and enhance automated testing scripts using Python and Robot Framework; Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA engineers to ensure high-quality delivery of trading platform features; Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to exchange connectivity, trading algorithms, and platform performance; Leverage AI tools to support testing, analysis, and reporting activities; Document test results and defects, and provide clear feedback to stakeholders; Participate in continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.

Требования:

8–10 Years of total experience in software testing or QA roles; 6–8 Years of relevant experience in exchange connectivity and algorithmic trading environments; Strong proficiency in manual and automated testing with a 50/50 split; Hands‑on expertise in Python and Robot Framework for test automation; Familiarity with AI tools and their application in testing and analysis; Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment; Fluency in English at B2+ level; Nice to have: Experience in investment banking or financial services technology, knowledge of trading platform architecture and exchange protocols, previous experience working in Agile teams.
