Job summary

PwC Polska in Poznań is seeking a PtP Accountant with Romanian to support and transform our Accounts Payable processes for domestic and international clients. You will process invoices, maintain supplier accounts, and assist with month-end activities in a hybrid office setting.

The role requires English and Romanian proficiency, 1–3 years in AP or Procure-to-Pay, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procure to Pay.
• Excellent command of English and Romanian.
• Strong Excel skills and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Processing and coding vendor invoices in accordance with company policies.
• Reviewing invoices for accuracy and approvals.
• Maintaining vendor accounts and supporting payment processing.
• Handling AP and T&E mailbox activities.
• Processing employee travel expenses and reimbursements.
• Ensuring compliance with policies and internal controls.
• Maintaining master data and financial records in ERP systems.
• Cooperating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
