Job summary

PwC Polska’s Finance Managed Services (FMS) is expanding, seeking a PtP Accountant with Hungarian in a project environment. You will process invoices, review accuracy, manage supplier communications, and support month-end closing while using ERP systems and Excel for data analysis.

Fluent English and Romanian are required, with 1–3 years in AP/PtP or similar. The role offers hybrid work, training, and opportunities for process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procure to Pay (PtP) or a similar finance operations environment.
• Experience in invoice processing and supplier communication.
• Good knowledge of Excel, including filtering and lookup functions.

Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices; review for accuracy and approvals.
• Perform Accounts Payable activities and maintain vendor accounts.
• Support payment processing and monitor payment status; handle AP & T&E mailbox activities.
• Process employee travel expenses and reimbursements; ensure policy compliance.
• Assist month-end closing activities and prepare process-related reports.
• Maintain master data and financial records in ERP systems; collaborate with procurement, finance, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within PtP.
