Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking a PtP Accountant with Romanian to join our Finance Managed Services team in a project environment. You will handle vendor invoice processing, verification, and payment support while maintaining supplier relationships and ensuring process efficiencies.

The role requires English and Romanian fluency, 1–3 years in AP/PtP, and strong Excel skills. Hybrid work with two days in the office and opportunities for training and career advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Romanian required for day-to-day communication.
• 1–3 years in Accounts Payable, Procure to Pay, T&E or similar finance operations.
• Experience with invoice processing, supplier communication and payment activities.
• Good understanding of invoice lifecycle and PtP processes.
• Basic understanding of month-end closing activities.

Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices; ensure approvals.
• Review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain vendor accounts and support payment processing.
• Handle AP and T&E mailbox activities.
• Process employee travel expenses and reimbursements.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls.
• Perform supplier reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Investigate invoice and payment disputes and support MEC activities.
• Maintain master data in ERP systems; collaborate with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in PtP.
