Job summary

Planet is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst in Warsaw to support timely processing of supplier invoices and maintain strong internal controls. You will collaborate with Procurement and Finance, validate invoices, and resolve queries while ensuring compliance with policies.

A strong eye for detail and English communication are essential. This role offers a hybrid work model with three days in the office and opportunities to grow within Finance Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 1-3 years in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations or similar role.
• Good understanding of invoice processing and financial controls.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle or similar.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within service levels.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately according to company procedures.
• Perform invoice validation for completeness and policy compliance.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and supporting docs when applicable.
• Monitor queues and ensure timely action on outstanding items.
• Follow up with stakeholders on missing approvals and queries.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding invoice status and documentation needs.
• Support vendor creation and maintenance per company controls.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and exceptions.
• Maintain records for audit purposes and support month-end activities.
• Manage tickets and workflow tasks in relevant systems.
