Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an experienced Architect to define and deliver architectures for global products and platforms hosted across multi-environment infrastructures. You will lead architecture governance, mentor teams, and drive reusable asset development while partnering with engineering, security, and platform teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on guidance, strategic thinking, and collaboration across business stakeholders to align architecture with EY’s mission and strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in architecture leadership with global product/platform ecosystems.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into architecture blueprints and guidance.
• Hands-on delivery experience in architecting large-scale, multi-disciplinary solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver architectures for business-critical products and platforms.
• Lead or mentor a team of architects; govern end-to-end technical delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, platform, and security teams to ensure compliant designs.
• Evaluate and prototype new technologies; conduct buy/build analyses and POCs.
• Provide governance, standards, and reusable assets across projects.
