Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Pricing Architect to enable EY in winning profitable Managed Service business through robust pricing strategies and commercial cases. The role covers qualification to close, with emphasis on monetization approaches and pricing assets across multiple business models.

You will collaborate with solution architects and stakeholders to craft competitive proposals, manage risks, and drive ROI for EY and clients in a dynamic global delivery environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Managed Services pricing or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and client service skills.
• Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong organization skills and the ability to plan and execute pursuit activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide pricing, financial and commercial support across pursuits from qualification to close.
• Influence decisions across internal stakeholders and build trust with onshore counterparts.
• Gather client and competitor intelligence and craft value estimates and commercial structures.
• Research competitor pricing and positioning to support a differentiated pricing strategy.
• Collaborate with solution architects to align design with client requirements and estimate cost‑to‑serve.
• Articulate forecasted economics and risks of pricing strategies for leadership approvals.
• Curate market and competitive intelligence into an integrated benchmarking ecosystem.
• Support upfront qualification of complex MS pursuits and design pricing approaches.
