Transport and Environment in Warsaw is seeking a Media and Communications Manager to lead Poland’s communications strategy, liaise with Polish media, and develop social media content for campaigns and research reports. Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in communications, journalism or a related field.
• Native-level Polish and proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong writing skills with ability to translate technical reports into media-friendly materials.
• Strong social media experience in a professional context.
• Excellent time management and ability to work to deadlines.
• Good political awareness and diplomatic skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the communications and media strategy for T&E Poland.
• Draft press releases and manage launches for key research and reports.
• Build and manage media relations with Polish outlets and correspondents.
• Execute media outreach to automotive, energy, shipping, aviation, and environment trade publications.
• Monitor the media in Poland and identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Digital Manager to update the website and create social media content.
• Organise media briefings and events.
• Liaise with external agencies and contribute to donor reporting.
