Salary: Up to 282,000 PLN base salary. There is also an excellent bonus and benefits available with this role.

Spencer Recruitment is working on behalf of a high-profile international consumer brand to recruit a PR Manager based in Warsaw.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced communications professional with strong corporate PR experience, a good understanding of the Polish media landscape, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-profile environment.

The successful candidate will support and deliver communications activity that protects and enhances the company’s reputation in Poland, working closely with internal teams across corporate communications, government relations, legal, marketing and logistics.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and delivering corporate communications and media campaigns
• Building strong relationships with journalists, editors, media outlets and external stakeholders
• Managing day-to-day media enquiries and ensuring timely, accurate responses
• Monitoring media coverage and public discussion, with clear reporting and recommendations
• Drafting corporate communications materials, including statements, press materials and briefing documents
• Managing external PR agency activity and ensuring agreed objectives are delivered
• Supporting senior leadership with media interviews and public speaking preparation
• Supporting issues and crisis communications when required
• Contributing to social responsibility and reputation-building initiatives
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure communications are accurate, consistent and aligned

The ideal candidate will have:

• Around 3–6 years’ experience in corporate communications, public relations or a related field
• Strong external communications experience with recognised brands, agencies or international organisations
• Excellent knowledge of the Polish media landscape
• Good relationships across business, consumer and/or technology media
• Strong writing, presentation and communication skills
• Experience managing media enquiries and supporting press activity
• Experience using digital media tools and platforms
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and international environment
• Fluency in both Polish and English
