Job summary

Burson in Poland is seeking a Junior Account Executive to support corporate communications, media relations and reputation-building for clients across sectors. You will assist in drafting texts, monitoring media, coordinating events, and preparing recommendations under the supervision of senior staff.

The role requires at least one year in PR or communications, a relevant degree, strong media knowledge, English at least B2 (tested in interview), and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of professional experience in communications/PR or content creation for media
• Good knowledge of the media market, especially business and trade press
• Interest in business, economy, and current market trends
• Proactive, initiative-taking and eager to learn
• Strong writing and correct Polish usage (for Polish materials)
• Very good English (B2 level) – tested during interview

Responsibilities

• Execute client activities (texts, media monitoring, media outreach, event support, recommendations, coordinating with subcontractors)
• Prepare reports, summaries and simple data analyses
• Support team in developing communications strategies and recommendations
• Assist in tender materials and business development activities
• Build relationships with journalists, opinion leaders and influencers
