Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Wrocław, Poland, offers a hybrid PMO Analyst role within its Global Business Services team. You will support portfolio and transformation initiatives, coordinate meetings, maintain plans, and deliver governance artifacts in a global, matrixed environment.

Ideal candidates are early in their project career, with 1–3 years of PMO or coordination experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Power BI and the MS Office suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of PMO, project coordination, or analytics experience.
• Understanding of project governance and lifecycle methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, SN SPM, MS Project, or Planner.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a global environment.
• CAPM/PRINCE2/Agile certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Delivery Support: plan and execute transition and transformation initiatives; maintain plans, action logs, and governance.
• Reporting, Analytics & Governance: develop dashboards, consolidate data, create executive presentations, ensure data integrity.
• Stakeholder & Communication Support: coordinate communication across teams and time zones; support change management.
• Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities, analyze metrics, and promote PMO best practices.
