Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in Corporate and Investment Banking.
• Experience in budgeting, project controlling, and financial monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of Santander CIB processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project governance, timeframes, and agenda consistency.
• Control execution of the roadmap against the plan and identify workarounds.
• Develop and maintain project budgets for complex initiatives.
• Generate KPIs and monitor execution curves.
