Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a PMO Analyst to support the Global Business Services team in delivering PMO governance, reporting, and portfolio analytics. You will coordinate activities, maintain governance processes, and provide insights for decision-making.

This early-career role offers exposure to project transitions, program management, and enterprise-wide transformation in a global, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management presentations.
• Hands-on experience with Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project governance, reporting, and admin activities across programs.
• Maintain project plans, milestone trackers, action logs, and documentation.
• Develop dashboards and portfolio reports for executives and stakeholders.
• Support Steering Committee, Portfolio Review, and Transformation Governance materials.
• Coordinate meetings across global teams and time zones; support communications.
