Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 7+ years in programme management, PMO or methodology roles.
• Experience in large-scale global transformation or shared services.
• Fluent English; KT frameworks and stage-gate governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support central program-level PMO activities and maintain the integrated transition plan.
• Coordinate cross-wave planning, dependencies, and resource alignment.
• Design and maintain program-level transition dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Consolidate status reporting for governance forums and external stakeholders.
• Provide guidance, training, and coaching on standards and tools.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
