Job summary

ABB Robotics is seeking a People Operations Partner to own the employee lifecycle for the DACH region within a standalone organization. Hybrid work model in Poland, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, changes, and offboarding, ensuring data quality in Workday.

You will harmonize processes between legacy ABB and SoftBank teams, act as Workday SME, and collaborate on benefits, compensation, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in HR Operations or Shared Services across multiple countries.
• Advanced Workday HCM experience and BP workflow navigation.
• Strong HR data, payroll, and benefits impact understanding.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or carve-outs is advantageous.
• Clear communication of complex HR policy to employees and managers.
• Proficiency in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle Management: oversee onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Workday governance for data accuracy in payroll and reporting.
• Benefits administration coordination with brokers and providers.
• Compensation & Rewards support during annual cycles auditing data.
• Compliance and audit of employee files and records.
• Process harmonization for the carve-out of the new organization.
