Job summary

Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp.z.o.o is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to bridge business users and technical teams for Order Management. You will drive innovative solutions, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of order management processes across SAP?

(Note: ERP focus on Oracle EBS/Oracle Fusion). You will partner with stakeholders to translate needs into functional designs, develop in PL/SQL, and work in an agile environment to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Cloud, with emphasis on Order Management.
• Deep understanding of Oracle ERP Order Management configurations and best practices.
• Proven ability to develop in PL/SQL and troubleshoot/optimize.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in agile Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Order Management & Supply chain stakeholders to understand needs and document requirements.
• Create functional designs and technical specs for extending order management (On-prem EBS and/or Oracle Fusion cloud).
• Leverage Oracle EBS and other tech to design, develop, and implement solutions meeting business needs.
• Collaborate with business and IT partners to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
• Proactively manage priorities and drive prioritization discussions using strategic value.
