Job summary

Motorola Solutions Polska is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to support Coupa Procure to Pay, SIM, Core, and CRA modules with Oracle ERP integrations. You will partner with IT and business teams to design robust and scalable Coupa solutions in a fast-paced, Agile setting.

You will collaborate across US and EMEA time zones, supporting supplier onboarding, risk assessment, and procure-to-pay improvements. Hybrid work includes 2 days per week from the Kraków office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance or related discipline.
• 5+ years hands-on Coupa P2P, SIM, Core, CRA with integration touchpoints with Oracle ERP.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, detail oriented and a self-starter.
• Travel: None; Relocation: None.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Coupa Procure to Pay, SIM, Core and CRA processes (80% functional, 20% technical).
• Manage catalog, Project and non-project procurement, approval workflows, accruals, supplier collaboration via CSP, cXML, SAN.
• Manage Coupa integrations with Oracle ERP, Vertex, Workday, ServiceNow and other boundary applications.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders across US and EMEA time zones.

Job Description

Motorola Solutions is in the process of rolling out Coupa for Indirect Procurement globally. Coupa will be used for Supplier Onboarding, Risk Assess and Procure to Pay. Business Systems Analyst with hands‑on Coupa expertise will work in Motorola Solution’s Enterprise Core Technology to support Procurement and Finance Organizations. Enterprise Core Technology team is accountable for the transformation, maintenance, and enhancement of Coupa platform to support Indirect Procurement. The team works closely with Procurement and Finance business groups globally to implement and support Procure to Pay, Supplier onboarding and Risk assessment processes, and adopts industry best practices to simplify user experience for internal employees and suppliers. As a Business System Analyst, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in understanding business requirements, work with cross functional IT and business teams, and apply Coupa expertise/ industry knowledge to provide robust, configurable and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Coupa Procure to Pay, SIM, Core and CRA processes (80% functional, 20% technical)
• Manage key processes like Catalog management, Project and non project based procurement, Approval workflows, Accruals, Supplier collaboration through CSP, cXML, SAN
• Manage Coupa integrations with Oracle ERP, Vertex, Workday, Servicenow and other boundary applications
• Must be able to work with internal IT and lead external IT teams to adopt best practices to simplify user experience
• Ability to debug the system for issues and provide management summary in business speaks for the issues, root cause, next steps in business terms
• Should be able to work in fast pace, Agile environment and multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders in US and EMEA time zones.
