Job summary

Billennium seeks an experienced Client Onboarding Analyst to join a project for a global financial institution. The role focuses on managing end-to-end onboarding and account opening, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service to clients and internal stakeholders.

The position is hybrid with 3 days per week at the client's office in Warsaw, offering collaboration with Compliance, KYC, Business Risk, and Tax teams and a path for professional growth in a global tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Client Onboarding, Account Opening, documentation review, and direct client contact within financial institutions.
• Very good command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills and confidence in working directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to review information, identify issues, and make sound decisions.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume, time-sensitive and risk-focused environment, effectively prioritizing tasks and managing urgent or escalated cases.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, a proactive approach to teamwork, and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end client onboarding and account opening process, including customer interactions, documentation issuance and review, and system setup.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of onboarding activities while providing high-quality service and resolving client-related issues.
• Cooperate closely with Compliance, KYC, Business Risk, Account Opening, Tax, and other internal teams to address onboarding requirements.
• Manage complex, urgent, and escalated cases while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, regulations, and risk controls, while contributing to onboarding-related projects and process improvements.
