Job summary

Solid Company is seeking a KYC/AML professional to monitor and support governance and regulatory reporting with the Compliance and Control team in a hybrid Warsaw setting. You will develop Citi's internal KYC programme, review client profiles for local and Citi standards compliance, and update forms to obtain information in time.

• Experience in banking operations, preferably client account opening and prerequisites.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AML activities and support governance, oversight and regulatory reporting with the Compliance and Control team.
• Develop and manage Citi's internal KYC programme.
• Review client account profiles and documentation for compliance with local regulations and Citi standards.
• Update KYC forms and client profiles, and follow up with clients to obtain information on time.
• Track KYC records and Appendix approvals, plan action for expiring records and prevent overdue records.
• Assess risk, comply with laws and policies, and elevate, manage and report control issues.
