Job summary

Solid is seeking a Business Analyst to join our global team supporting client onboarding and KYC for a leading banking organisation. You will analyse and document onboarding requirements with business stakeholders and manage the implementation of onboarding solutions, including data integrations across multiple systems.

You will collaborate with software engineers, architects and product owners across regions, advise on risks, and help prioritise work to meet international requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive expertise in customer onboarding, KYC processes and CDD requirements.
• Experience documenting user stories and functional/non-functional requirements.
• Experience in global projects with international teams.
• Understanding of software development process and prioritising tasks.
• Experience in customer data integration development.
• End-to-end onboarding and KYC renewal processes.
• Professional English communication, presentation and writing skills.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence and manual testing.
• Hands-on development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, evaluate and document onboarding and KYC requirements with business stakeholders.
• Manage the implementation of onboarding and KYC solutions, particularly application forms, including data integrations with multiple systems.
• Analyse and document business and IT processes.
• Advise and support stakeholders on onboarding and KYC solution-related queries and issues.
• Support product owners and stakeholders in prioritising work to meet global business needs.
• Identify and report risks, and define mitigating actions.
• Contribute to a high-performing BA team and support the development of junior team members.
• Promote cross-regional collaboration and maintain strong working relationships with engineering and architecture teams.
