Sii Poland in Cracow is seeking an experienced Network Security SME to join our Cybersecurity Technology Engineering team. You will protect the organization's assets by implementing and maintaining security across the network infrastructure in a hybrid model, collaborating with a diverse team on strategic security initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in network administration and cybersecurity.
• Extensive understanding of cybersecurity controls and industry trends.
• Proficiency with IDS/IPS, firewalls, and proxies.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols (TCP/UDP/DNS) and protocol analysis tools.
• Cloud experience with AWS/Azure/Google is desirable.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic security initiatives to strengthen network defenses.
• Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity strategies to senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date security documentation and review firewall rules and security design documentation.
• Identify gaps in security controls and develop remediation plans.
• Offer advanced technical guidance on complex network solutions, cryptography, and data security projects.
• Ensure compliance with global cybersecurity standards and promote best practices.
