Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking a Network Engineer to maintain and enhance enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN services. You will help deliver reliable connectivity across global teams and translate technical solutions into business value.

You will work in a hybrid model in Katowice, collaborating with international stakeholders, follow incident, problem and change processes, and contribute to cybersecurity and network resilience initiatives while growing your expertise in enterprise networking and security.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN.
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, TCP/IP, and network fundamentals.
• Hands-on with troubleshooting complex network issues.
• Experience in service-driven environments with Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Familiar with cybersecurity best practices and standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
• Interest in cybersecurity and secure network design.
• Consultative, proactive, and customer-focused mindset translating technical solutions into business value.
• Strong collaboration and communication with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, and WLAN technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and drive improvements in service reliability and performance.
• Configure and enhance routing, switching, and wireless solutions within a global environment.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, modernization initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with international teams, stakeholders, and technology partners.
• Contribute to cybersecurity and network resilience initiatives.
• Support the delivery of network services in line with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Develop your expertise in enterprise networking, security, and consulting practices.
