Job summary

Mars Poland seeks a Logistics Manager to supervise warehousing and transport operations across the CEE cluster, ensuring timely and quality supply to customers. You will collaborate with sales, planning and customer service to optimize service levels and costs.

In this role you will monitor KPIs, support tenders, coordinate with 3PLs, plan packaging needs, and drive continuous improvements while upholding quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Very good MS Office knowledge.
• Strong command of English.
• Analytical thinking and data analysis skills.
• Advanced knowledge of WMS/Navision systems.
• SAP S/4Hana knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and transportation operations quality.
• Report and analyze logistics KPIs (shipments, order accuracy, inventory turnover).
• Support settlement of logistics services and analyse monthly dispatch reports.
• Monitor service quality and supplier market for cost efficiency.
• Manage logistics projects and implement improvements with 3PLs.
• Ensure pallet flow, packing materials planning, and manage invoices for pallets.
