Job summary

Callstack is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our IT team in Wrocław. You’ll be the first point of contact for hardware, software, accounts, access, connectivity, and workplace tech, supporting colleagues across macOS, Windows, and Linux.

The role blends hands-on support with asset management, user administration, and process improvement. You will work with internal teams and external vendors, and the position requires 60% on-site work in Wrocław.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in IT Support or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of macOS, Windows and Linux.
• Hands-on experience with hardware, software, accounts and connectivity.
• Familiarity with MFA, SSO and IAM concepts.
• Experience with ticketing systems; Freshservice is a plus.
• Good understanding of common SaaS tools and Google Workspace.
• Basic networking knowledge: Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, DNS.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support across macOS, Windows and Linux.
• Manage IT tickets in Freshservice and document solutions.
• Prepare, configure and maintain laptops and mobile devices.
• Support user accounts, access, MFA, and permissions.
• Install and maintain software and manage licenses.
• Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate hardware repairs and vendor interactions.
• Maintain IT documentation and identify improvement opportunities.
