Job summary

Jit is seeking an IT Analyst to join a project focused on reporting solutions for financial and capital markets. You will translate business needs into IT requirements and support delivery of reliable reporting capabilities, collaborating with Product Owners, analysts, developers and stakeholders in an Agile setup.

You will analyse data flows, use SQL for data investigations, and bridge business and IT teams to ensure alignment with target architecture and objectives.

Qualifications

• Several years of IT analysis experience.
• Strong requirements elicitation and requirements analysis skills.
• Good understanding of data flows and system integrations.
• Experience with SQL to analyse data content and behaviour; knowledge of trading/tax reporting to authorities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Design new reporting solutions with the Product Owner and project stakeholders
• Gather, analyse and document business and IT requirements
• Prepare clear requirement specifications for development teams
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams
• Translate business requirements into technology-oriented requirements and explain implications
• Analyse data flows, integrations, data content and behaviour
• Use SQL to investigate and understand data
• Collaborate with Product Owners, business analysts, IT analysts, developers and testers
• Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment with architecture and business objectives
• Support the delivery of sustainable and reliable reporting solutions
• Work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Contribute within an Agile environment (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
