Job summary

Jit is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our hybrid Poznań team. You will gather and analyze business and system requirements, and create and maintain functional documentation.

You will model processes with BPMN and UML; collaborate with stakeholders, development and testing teams; support Agile ceremonies with Jira and Confluence; define REST API integrations; and perform data analysis with SQL while sharing knowledge across projects.

Qualifications

Experience in IT and/or business analysis.
Experience in an Agile environment.
Experience using Jira and Confluence.
Experience with knowledge sharing.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs is a plus.
Knowledge of BPMN and UML.
Knowledge of SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

Gathering and analyzing business and system requirements
Creating and maintaining functional documentation
Modeling business processes using BPMN and UML
Collaborating with stakeholders, development and testing teams
Supporting Agile ceremonies and backlog management (Jira, Confluence)
Defining and documenting REST API integrations
