Qualifications

• Several years of experience in IT and/or business solution analysis.
• Good understanding of data flow integration.
• Ability to analyze and scrutinize data to understand its content and behaviour.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Good requirements elicitation skills; strong analytical abilities for complex requirements and dependencies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working, SAFe, Scrum and Kanban.
• Self-driven and collaborative teamwork.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of trading and/or transaction reporting would be an advantage.
• Experience with XSLT, BDD and Communication Layer would be an advantage.
• Foundational understanding of programming and the ability to read code would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design new reporting solutions and prepare requirement specifications in close collaboration with the Product Owner, IT Analysts, developers and testers.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with the target picture.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT development teams.
• Facilitate the understanding of requirements and their impact, translating needs from business to technology and vice versa.
• Support the development of sustainable and reliable solutions.
• Gather, analyze and structure business and technical requirements.
