Jit Team in Poland is seeking a Business/IT Analyst to join our hybrid-work setup in Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa or Łódź. You will translate business needs into technical requirements and help design sustainable reporting solutions for financial projects.

You'll collaborate with Product Owners and IT teams, gather and structure data flows, and ensure timely delivery. Strong SQL, data analysis and English communication are essential; knowledge of XSLT and BDD is a plus.

Formación

• Several years of experience in IT and/or business solution analysis.
• Good understanding of data flow integration.
• Ability to analyze and scrutinize data to understand its content and behaviour.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile practices (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).

Responsabilidades

• Design new reporting solutions and prepare requirement specifications in close collaboration with the Product Owner, IT Analysts, developers and testers.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with the target picture.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT development teams.
• Facilitate the understanding of requirements and their impact, translating needs from business to technology and vice versa.
• Support the development of sustainable and reliable solutions.
• Gather, analyze and structure business and technical requirements.
