Job summary

Arrow Components is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for its Enterprise Computing Solutions. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling quotes, orders, and forecasts, and collaborating with KAM/PM/BDM and internal teams to grow market share and profitability.

You will manage a high-volume renewal pipeline, engage end users for renewals and upsell opportunities, and provide excellent customer experiences with timely communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or customer service.
• Bilingual in English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Proficient with CRM systems like Salesforce or Dynamics.
• Strong ability to manage a high-volume renewal pipeline.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of renewals and new opportunities.
• Engage end users to secure renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Provide timely, accurate quotes and orders.
• Support partners with pricing and product information.
• Maintain forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and CRM updates.
• Follow renewal and partner engagement processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
