Arrow Electronics, via Arrow Global Components, seeks a Technical Sales Engineer in Warsaw to build strong customer relationships and drive demand for Arrow solutions. You will match technical needs with Arrow products, create opportunities, and engage in regular client visits to gather requirements and translate them into actionable business opportunities.

The role requires ~5 years in electronics, an engineering degree, and fluent English.

Qualifications

Higher degree in Engineering with strong interest in technology.
Around 5 years of experience in the electronics industry.
Strong problem-solving, diplomacy, and influencing skills.
Business fluent English is a must.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain influential relationships with customers, suppliers, and Arrow partners to create demand for Arrow products.
Identify technical needs of complex, emerging, or underpenetrated prospects and match Arrow’s solutions to customer business needs.
Drive and create new opportunities and product selection within assigned accounts, using other technical resources as needed.
Initiate and schedule regular visits to customer facilities, translate needs into Arrow requirements or business opportunities.
Execute solution selling through knowledge of Arrow’s supply chain solutions and design processes, with emphasis on demand creation and engineering.
Stay current on product knowledge and attend supplier training events, maintaining supplier databases and design registration information.
