Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Finance Operations, Global Business Services, or Shared Services.
• Proven track record driving transformation and process improvement in complex, international organizations.
• Strong governance, performance management, controls and compliance know-how.
• Experience with ERP systems, automation technologies, and analytics tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the strategy and roadmap for global finance processes.
• Drive standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement across finance activities.
• Lead process transformation initiatives, including automation and digital enablement.
• Establish effective governance, performance measures, and process ownership.
• Partner with key stakeholders across Finance, IT, and the wider business to identify and deliver improvement opportunities.
• Lead transitions of new activities and ensure successful integration into existing operations.
• Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure strong compliance, risk management, and internal control frameworks are maintained.
