We are seeking an experienced Group Finance Process Director to lead the development and optimization of finance processes across our global organization. This role will be responsible for driving process excellence, standardization, governance, and operational improvement while supporting the ongoing transformation of our finance function. The successful candidate will work closely with finance and business leaders to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and enable scalable ways of working across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strong understanding of process governance, performance management, controls, compliance, and operational excellence. Experience working with ERP systems, automation technologies, and analytics tools. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. A collaborative and pragmatic leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach to execution.
