Job summary

ROCKWOOL International A/S seeks a Business Analyst to translate online customer needs into clear user stories and actionable features. You’ll work with product data and development teams to enable our omnichannel strategy from Poznan, collaborating with marketing stakeholders across regions.

This role blends business and technology to shape how customers access rockwool product data. You will join the Product Data Domain team reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, supporting rollout

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, analysing, and translating business needs into stories and features.
• Solid data modelling knowledge and governance awareness.
• Fluent in Agile Scrum and Kanban practices.
• Ability to coordinate multi-market digital/marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into execution: gather requirements, refine epics into user stories, define scope.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of initiatives across calculators and PDF generator projects.
• Create rollout plans, track milestones, manage dependencies, ensure on-time delivery across markets.
